Rebranding for Spaic, a construction company located in Monterrey, Mexico with more than 30 years in the market that creates tailored made houses. After talking with the co-founders and members of the company, we conclude that the essence that defined Spaic was the excellence in all of their work.
Consequently, the creative concept behind the brand was born, based on the value of prestige, characteristic that has defined Spaic through their. This idea is communicated through different elements in the identity. The emblem represents a ribbon, element that it is used to reward and distinguish merits. The branding has an overall clean and minimalist design, that reflects the honesty and transparency of the company.
